The delivered status is displayed in your logistics information. If you can't find the item.You need to contact the shipping company as soon as possible. After you provide the evidence, we will arrange the re-shipment for you immediately.

Product Warranty Policy

All products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects from the date of the original purchase. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered. For example, the look of materials such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak, and bamboo without a protective varnish or finish can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement, or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect.
