Free Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

 

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states).

Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and other non-contiguous areas.

 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Other Areas

 

For Alaska, Hawaii, and other special/remote areas, please contact sales@medunjess.com to confirm the shipping cost. Any additional shipping fees must be paid by the customer before shipment.

 

Carriers

 

Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx (carrier may vary depending on package size and destination).

 

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

 

Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time

All time estimates are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Small Package(Faucets, showerheads, etc.)

  • Order processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3-5 business days

Big Package(Bathtubs, shower doors, etc.)

  • Order processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3-7 business days

Pre-sale Products

  • Estimated lead time: 4-6 weeks

Note:

  • If you purchase an item that is in stock, your order will usually be shipped the next business day. However, processing may take longer during peak periods.
  • Our items are stored in our U.S. warehouse and can generally be shipped within 48 hours on business days.
  • Delays may occur due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control).

Delivery & Signature (Large Packages)

 

Large items (such as bathtubs and shower doors) are delivered to your doorstep.
A signature is required at delivery.

Please ensure an adult is available to receive the shipment and inspect the outer packaging upon arrival.

 

Signature Service & Returned Shipments (Small Packages)

 

If you add signature service for a small package and the carrier returns it due to no one available to sign, the customer is responsible for the return and re-shipping costs.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

Damaged or Missing Items

 

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please save the box and all packing materials, as the carrier may require an inspection, pickup, or supporting photos.

To help us resolve your case faster, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging (all sides), shipping label, inner protective materials, and the damaged/missing parts

Marked "Delivered" but Not Received

 

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the item:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to request an investigation.
  2. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.
  3. Then email sales@medunjess.com with the claim evidence, and we will arrange a re-shipment as soon as possible.

Product Warranty Policy

 

All products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects from the date of the original purchase. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make an appropriate adjustment.

 

Warranty Exclusions

 

Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered. For example, materials such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak, and bamboo without a protective varnish or finish may naturally change over time with normal use.

Other exclusions include damage caused by:

  • Installation, replacement, or repair
  • Improper cleaning
  • Misuse or neglect
