Returns Policy - Damaged or Incorrect Items
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and are confirmed to be in good, saleable condition when they leave our warehouse.
We advise you to inspect the items upon delivery to ensure they match your order and are free from damage. Only sign for the delivery once you are satisfied with the condition and quality of the goods.
Once delivered, you are responsible for the proper care of the items. We are not liable for damage due to improper storage or handling.
We are not responsible for any damage to goods caused by installation or moving them into place.
If you find goods to be faulty or not as described, we will be happy to accept a return from you in accordance with the following policy.
Medunjess will replace, at no cost, any goods that were incorrectly supplied or damaged during transit.
You must inform us in writing via email to sales@medunjess.com. We will confirm by email that you may return the items in their original condition and packaging, and they must be sent back to us promptly, within 14 days of delivery.
We will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned items or send a replacement if requested.
When returning items, please include a copy of your invoice/receipt, your contact details, and the reason for the return.
Returns Policy - Change of Mind or Other Reasons
If you decide you no longer need the delivered goods due to a change of mind or reasons beyond Medunjess's control, we will accept the return provided the product is in its original, undamaged packaging and remains in resalable condition, without having been installed. Photographic evidence of the item’s condition is required before we can process the return.
You must notify us of your intent to return the goods as soon as possible, within 14 days of delivery.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We can suggest suitable couriers to assist with the process.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, our warehouse team will issue a refund within 7 days.
