Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Info

  • Free standard shipping in the contiguous USA.(excluding Alaska, Hawaii etc.)
  • For other areas, you need to contact us at sales@medunjess.com to confirm the shipping cost and pay for it yourself.
  • Most orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex.

Pre-sale Products

Note:

  • If you purchase an item that is in stock, your order will usually be shipped the next business day, but please understand that there may be instances where it may take longer.
  • Our items are already in our U.S. warehouse and can generally be shipped within 48 hours on business days.
  • When force majeure is encountered, processing of orders will be delayed.
  • Please know that all estimated times are based on business days.
  • If a small package is added with a signature service and then returned due to no one to sign for it, the customer will need to bear the shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please contact us immediately at sales@medunjess.com. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

The delivered status is displayed in your logistics information. If you can't find the item.You need to contact the shipping company as soon as possible. In the case of confirming that the item is lost. File a claim with the shipping company immediately. Then contact us at sales@medunjess.com. After you provide the evidence, we will arrange the re-shipment for you immediately.

Product Warranty Policy

All products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects from the date of the original purchase. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered. For example, the look of materials such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak, and bamboo without a protective varnish or finish can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement, or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect.

Returns & Warranty

Medunjess Returns & After-Sales Policy

 

We take pride in supplying high-quality bathroom products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Many Medunjess items are made to order or customized, so please review measurements, specifications, and installation requirements carefully before placing your order.

This policy explains how we handle order changes, returns, and product issues.

 

1. Custom & Non-Returnable Items

 

Most Medunjess products are manufactured to order or configured based on your selection of size, finish, and specification. For this reason:

  • Fully customized items (special sizes, non-standard finishes, project-specific products) are non-returnable except where they are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.
  • Standard products may be eligible for change-of-mind returns under the conditions set out below.

If you are unsure whether a product is considered custom or standard, please contact us before placing your order.

 

2. Cancelling or Modifying an Order

 

If you need to cancel or change your order details (product, quantity, address, contact information):

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • If production or shipping has already started, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
  • Where the order has been dispatched, any cancellation will be treated as a change-of-mind return, and you will be responsible for any shipping and return costs incurred.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns (No Quality Issue)

 

If you no longer want the product for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size ordered, project cancelled), we may accept a return subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
  • The product must be:
    • In brand-new condition
    • Uninstalled and unused
    • With no missing parts
    • In the original, undamaged packaging with all inserts
    • With all mounting hardware, accessories, and instructions included
  • Change-of-mind returns are not available for:
    • Fully customized items
    • Clearance or final-sale items
    • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for packing the items securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Once the goods are received and inspected, we will:
    • Confirm acceptance by email
    • Process a refund within 7 days to the original payment method
  • If the product is returned incomplete, used, installed, or not in resalable condition, we may:
    • Reject the return and return the item to you, or
    • Apply a reasonable deduction to the refund to reflect the loss in value

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. If, despite this, your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

4.1 Inspecting Your Delivery

  • Please inspect the packaging and products on delivery wherever possible.
  • If there is visible damage, missing items, or you suspect the wrong product was sent, please:
    • Note this with the delivery driver if possible
    • Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping labels

4.2 Reporting an Issue

 

If you discover a problem after delivery:

  • For visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • For product faults that become apparent after unboxing or installation, please contact us within 30 days of receipt where possible.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing:
    • The product
    • The area of damage or fault
    • The packaging and shipping labels (for transit damage)

4.3 Our Resolution

 

Where goods are confirmed to be:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty
  • Incorrectly supplied

Medunjess will, at our discretion:

  • Arrange a replacement of the affected item(s), or
  • Arrange a repair where appropriate, or
  • Provide a refund for the affected item(s)

For approved cases where the fault or damage is not caused by misuse or incorrect installation:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a pre-paid return label where applicable.
  • We do NOT cover costs arising from:
    • Unauthorized repair or installation work
    • Third-party labour charges not agreed in advance

5. Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
  • Items returned without prior authorization from Medunjess

Any unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse or courier depot may be refused and returned to sender. Please always contact us first before sending anything back.

 

6. How to Start a Return or After-Sales Request

 

Please DO NOT discard any packaging or accessories until your issue has been resolved.

To start a return or product issue inquiry:

 

1. Email sales@medunjess.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/video of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue or reason for return

2. Our customer care team will:

  • Review your request and documentation
  • Confirm whether your item is eligible for return/replacement
  • Provide next steps and, where applicable, return instructions

3. Once a return is approved:

  • We will provide packing guidance and, where applicable, a return label
  • You must pack the item securely, ideally in the original outer carton with internal protection
  • For self-arranged returns, please use a tracked and insured shipping service and share the tracking number with us

4. After we receive and inspect the item:

  • We will confirm the result of the inspection by email
  • We will issue a refund or arrange a replacement within 7 days of inspection

7. Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries

 

If a shipment is returned to us because it was:

  • Refused at delivery
  • Sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Undeliverable due to lack of contact or signature where required
  • then:
  • We may deduct any additional shipping, storage, or handling costs incurred from any refund due.
  • If you still wish to receive the goods, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery details and contact information are accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment.

 

8. Warranty & After-Sales Support

 

After the returns period has passed, Medunjess continues to support our products through warranty and after-sales service in accordance with the product category and region.

  • Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

What makes Medunjess bathtubs superior?

Is the surface easy to scratch?
